These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile applications and services provided by cocosharon ("we", "us"), including Haulo (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Services

You may use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for the data you create and for keeping your account secure.

2. Accounts

You may use the app as a guest or sign in with a supported provider. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

3. Subscriptions (Pro)

• Pro features are offered via auto‑renewing subscriptions processed by Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your store account settings.
• Refunds are handled according to the policies of the applicable app store.

4. AI Scan

The AI Scan feature uses automated text recognition and is provided for convenience only. Results may be inaccurate; please review and correct extracted information before saving. We are not liable for decisions made based on scanned results.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including attempting to access them through unauthorized means, disrupting their operation, or using them for unlawful purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services, including their design, branding, and content we provide, are owned by cocosharon. Your own data remains yours.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, cocosharon is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
