This Privacy Policy explains how cocosharon ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile applications and services, including Haulo (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information — If you sign in, we receive basic profile details (such as your email and name) from your chosen sign-in provider (Google, Apple, Facebook, or Kakao). We do not receive your provider password.
• App content — Data you create in the app, such as budgets, shopping items, amounts, and preferences.
• Guest data — If you use the app without signing in, your data is stored locally on your device and is not sent to our servers.
• Purchase information — When you subscribe, purchases are processed by Apple/Google and managed through RevenueCat. We receive subscription status, not your payment card details.
• Scanned images — If you use AI Scan, the photo you capture is sent to our server and a third‑party AI provider to extract item names and prices. Images are processed transiently to return results and are not used to identify you.
• Device & usage data — Limited technical data needed to operate the app and, for free users, to serve ads.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and maintain the Services and sync your data across devices
• Process subscriptions and provide Pro features
• Extract text from images for the AI Scan feature
• Display advertising to free users
• Improve reliability and respond to support requests

3. Third‑Party Services

We use trusted providers to operate the Services. Each processes data under its own privacy policy:

• Supabase — account authentication and data storage
• Sign‑in providers — Google, Apple, Facebook, Kakao
• RevenueCat + Apple App Store / Google Play — subscriptions
• Google AdMob — advertising (free users; non‑personalized ads requested)
• OpenAI — AI text extraction for the Scan feature
• Exchange‑rate provider — live currency conversion

4. Data Retention & Deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from the app (Settings → Delete Account), which removes your associated data from our systems. Guest data can be removed by deleting the app.

5. Data Security

We use industry‑standard measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your data.

6. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

7. International Users

Your information may be processed on servers located outside your country. By using the Services, you consent to such processing.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
